Dad will reach 95 on May 21st of this year and with 5 years to go I hope to launch myjourneyto100.com and yourjourneyto100.com by the spring of this year in honor of Dad reaching his goal.
The site will focus as is obvious on healthy aging, and ways and means to help those who also aspire to the lofty goal of reaching 100 years of age and beyond.
But hopefully it will also be a place where people of age can interact and share information with each other and have access to information to help them maintain a healthy and active life and be self sufficient as long as possible. We will have cutting age information on everything heathy as it pertains to aging.
